Company Profile
3-Design LLC was established in Dec 1996 to
develop an
innovative state-of-the-art software
solution for the modeling and
design of structural frames, both small and large scale. At the core
of 3-Design's software is a
powerful parametric
dimensioning engine.
In December 1999, this technology was
awarded a United
States patent.
Worldwide patents are
currently under application for our technology.
For the building and
construction industry (ie. large scale structural
engineering applications) 3-Design LLC
have joined forces with one of
the world's leading
suppliers of structural
engineering software, CSC (UK)
Ltd. CSC are the exclusive
worldwide provider of
3-Design's 3D+
product. Launched in January 2000, CSC
have supplied approximately
100 3D+ licenses in the product's debut year.
For small scale structural
applications (ie. modular building kit systems,
machine construction
systems, any aluminum extrusion application,
lightweight framing systems, windows, doors, industrial furniture)
3-Design provide custom
software based around our 3DX product.
3-Design have provided bespoke solutions
to industry leaders such as
Kanya AG, a Swiss company
with representatives
worldwide. During
1999 and 2000 Kanya have installed worldwide
dozens of 3DX licenses,
customized by 3-Design to provide a total design solution for Kanya's
PVS modular
assembly system (profiles, paneling and all accessories).
